Which of these SQL's will be easiest to install using SetupBuilder.
So that one can send of a CD or have a web download file whereby your
end-user can easily install the app and the DB.

SetupBuilder can handle virtually any type of application (the SetupScript
installation language gives you the power and flexibility).

But there is a (built-in) "Core PreRequisite" for SQL Server 2000 and SQL
Server 2005 Express, so MS SQL 2005 Express installation can be done with
one mouse click.

It is so much easier for your user to use MsSQL .... no special setup for
PostGreSQL (case sensitiveness for example etc ...)

Since Postgresql for Windows has its own msi installer, I simply call it
from within my SetupBuilder install, giving it some parameters. It's
not so bad :-)

If you haven't seen this yet, here's a link to how to do a postgresql
