(If this is a dup, sorry... didn't see it on first post)

Does anyone know if the Clarion DLL's shipped with my product need to be
signed?
Any way to get DLL's signed by Clarion?
Same question for 3rd Party dll's?

Thanks,
-Glenn.

Sign them ..... you will be sure they are because clarion signs when they
want and have time and some 3rd Parties also unfortunately
Or better take a look at those signed and keep a list to avoid
double-signing......

It would be nice to have DLL's that were already signed by Capesoft, or the
Third Party they belong to.
Unfortunately, NONE of my clarion DLL's are signed.

Guess I will add them to the sinage...

I have asked this a few weeks ago and got a response from SV that very
same day, saying

"Good question, let me check with technical support"

Since then I have heard nothing again, despite a second request from my
side. But ya know, we're talkin' 'bout SoftVelocity....

Bruce has already permitted that we can sign DLLs from Capesoft if needed.
PWUTIL.DLL is not from Capesoft itself but Andy Ireland.

Hmm... Would it really take that much for them to sign their existing DLL's
and offer them for re-distribution?

Just received notification that my application was approved and click here
to download.
Did that and SB did the install.
However, a message warning that it has to be installed on the machine from
which it was applied from.
It was the correct machine.
Question (1)
How do I move the certificate from the installed on machine to my
development machine as there was no warning on the application (unles in
fine print) that you had to apply for certification on the machine on which
you would be using it.
Question (2) How do I get a hard copy of the certificate?
Question (3) How do I backup the certificate as suggested?

Thanks
