Problems when trying to install Firebird 2.0 in Windows Vista.

I have an application in Clarion 6.1 (9034) with FireBird 2.0. My customers
when using the installer in a computer with Window Vista, does not work the
Firebird correctly, is not executed, if tried to connect firebird from odbc
DSN (Data Source Name) is not possible to connect itself.

The peculiar thing is that if I install firebird manually (in the same
computer with Windows Vista), this works correctly. I have noticed, when
doing tests, is that when finishing install manually firebird, the Windows
Vista ask me if desire to leave blocked the firebird. I believe that this
can be the problem.

When the installation is realised with the program made by setup builder,
the Windows Vista does not make (by the /SILENT commando that I put) the
question of the blocked of firebird. How can i not allow this from my code
in setup builder that firebird is not blocked? Or what can be the problem of
the installer in Windows Vista?

The installer works correctly in Windows XP or previous.

Setup Builder Versión 5.1.1274.
Professional Edition.

Clarion 6.1 (9034).
Firebird 2.0.

Perhaps the following Firebird bug ID CORE-1391 gives an answer:

The above is still "unresolved"

BTW, just a quick note. You should NOT use SetupBuilder 5.1.1274 to handle
Vista and Windows 2008 installations. SetupBuilder 5 is not Vista-aware and
does not compile Vista/2008-compatible installations.
