Stop / Start Pervasive Engine

What is the easiest way to stop and then re-start a Pervasive Btrieve
database engine, either server or workgroup, all versions, through
SetupBuilder?

If is is a service, you can use the "Edit Service..." function. It supports
"Start", "Stop", "Remove", "Pause" and "Resume" service.
