timestamp server which one?

Looked on LS forums but cannot find the name of the timestamp server. Can
someone post that here so I can complete the SB6 setup?

Should RTFM wright! Found that one!
But a search for the .spc and .pvk using *.spc and *.pvk failes to locate
either file.
Can I just use the pfx file instead?

Yes, you can use the PFX file.
BUT... you'll need to get signtool.exe from Microsoft (Friedrich can't
distribute it). Do a search on MS' website.
It's part of a monstrous SDK download. After you've downloaded and put
aside the tools you want to keep, you can discard the rest.

Yes you can. Use SignTool.exe which was resident as part of Windosw SDK.
