SetupBuilder 5.5 delay

It turned out that quite a few developers are interested in
"pre-requisites".

Most applications have pre-requisites: Components such as the .NET Framework
runtime, SQL Express, DirectX 9.0c, etc. must be available on a target
computer in order for the application to run.

Our goal was to release SetupBuilder 5.5 on Monday, June 12, 2006. The
"Core PreRequisites" feature was planned for SetupBuilder 6 to streamline
the installation process and to ensure the pre-requisite components are in
place.

Because the current version 5.4 is very stable and many people have asked
for the "Core PreRequisites" feature, we decided to add it to the upcoming
SetupBuilder 5.5. This new feature will delay the release of Version 5.5.
