System Must be Restarted

Building a new install in sb5. In testing I get the System must be
restarted. How do I supress this message.

If you suppress this message then you have an incomplete installation.

You can use the Set Installer Flag in combination with the $SB_RESTARTFLAG$
flag to suppress this message. But again, you'll then have an incomplete
installation!
