Add/remove programs miniature bug 5.4.1501

Possible bug SB5.4.1501 PE.

AfterI install onto a server running Win2K server, and I then go to ControlPanel/
Add/Remove programs, and I click on support information" link, a "Support Info"
window pos up. On it there is a [Close] button that does not work! I need to click
on the [X] closeWindow box to close that window.

The Add/Remove Programs panel is a native Windows function! It does not
call into a SetupBuilder component.
