Password field not getting focus

Friedrich,

I got a report from an internal tester this morning that indicated the
installer password field does not get the initial focus when the password
dialog (wizard-built) is displayed.

I verified the problem via the "test installer" feature. The password field
in the wizard password dialog definitely doesnʼt get the focus.

We have users (of our own software, not running an SB install) that on
SOME computers, our login window doesn't get focus until the user
clicks on it. No matter what API I've tried, it doesn't seem to help.
I can't duplicate it on my own machines, of course.

I wonder if it's related.
