View Full Version : Not a bug but sb6

Bonjour Friedrich,

Short nights these days ..... :)

While working in sb6 to update the installer to find old versions of DMC, I
noticed that :

create a variable with set variable
use it in script anywhere
decide to change the name so reopen the set variable line and change the
name
reopen the line where old was used to also change it (would be wonders if it
could cascade in sb7... <g>) and use the dropdown list to select .....
BOTH old name and new names are there (just a refresh required to replace
old with new)

........

voila pour this day :)

Hi Jean-Pierre,

Yes, this is expected. It's possible that variables are defined (or set) in
include scripts and so it's not possible (nor "wise" <g>) to remove it from
the variable queue just because it is renamed in one "Set Variable"
instance.
