Updateprotect add-on missing ??

Hi all and Friedrich,

Since last time I used mu SB on my update setup I get this error
Updateprotect add-on is missing error GEN1072 ??

Any ideas as to what I need to do please ?

I need to do an update and...impossible

Hi Jean-Pierre,

Hmm, what SetupBuilder build # are you on? UPDATEprotect is an integral
part of Developer Edition since build #1321.

Hi Jean-Pierre,

Well, that's very interesting. I checked this and yes, the UPDATEprotect
technology seems to work perfect <g> UPDATEprotect was an add-on with its
own subscription plan. Then we made UPDATEprotect part of Developer Edition
and forgot to remove the subscription flag. Because your subscription
expired, UPDATEprotect disabled itself. Very cool (the technology) - not so
cool is that we forgot to remove the subscription verification for
UPDATEprotect.

I'll make a small hotfix patch (build 1589.2) available to fix this problem.

BTW, Web Update will not find this hot fix because your subscription
expired. I'll make it available as a separate download.

will renew my subscription (just waiting for my new cc from my new bank) ...
