Friedrich,
I've enabled the ftp upload feature. But what I would like to know is how
do I upload this into a specified folder? Or do I need to use a new account
that has the target folder as its root?

Let us assume, you would like to upload it to a WebUpdate (case-sensitive!)
folder on your www.radfusion.com root.
It depends on your web server and ISP, but on most servers it looks like
this (FTP Location) in this scenario.
ftp.radfusion.com/public_html/WebUpdate
Does this help?

Nope. <g>
This is the ftp dialog where the install is uploaded once compiled
successfully. That dialog does not have any provision to specify a folder.
Only the ftp address, user account, password and if you upload PASV.

More specifically, I was expecting a "start in" folder entry.

Yes, and that is:
ftp.radfusion.com/public_html/WebUpdate
WebUpdate would be the subfolder under your root folder.
See attached screenshot. We are using this to automatically upload the
generated setup images to our /projects subfolder.
Does this help ;-)

Yes! I used the IP version, forgot you can also attach folder names after
that (I've not tested to see if a friendly ftp name exists yet - another
item on my to-do list). I'll give that a whirl. Thanks.

Just tested. You can make this work:
FTP Location: 127.0.0.1/Products/CoolApp
and it will upload successfully. I now remember asking you about this
before. That's what I get for sleeping since then <g>.
