I want to create a program folder, program sortcut, and a desktop shortcut. In my case all of these items have the same name but are in different locations. However when I create them I see this error...
Cannot rename myProg. A shortcut with the name you specified already exists. Specify a different folder name.
However, SB5 then proceeds to create the item, but I cannot seem to change it later.
Thanks!

Hi Kelly,
I can't reproduce your reported behaviour. Does your shortcuts window look like this:

Kelly and Geoff,
Interesting! We changed some code in this function in the latest build. Could you please send me a demo project?
Thank you!

Kelly,
I cannot reproduce this with the latest build #939 :-(
Do you have build #939 or an older beta release?
Thanks,

This bug is reproducable with build 939:
- Start a new project.
- Add a new Shortcut under Start Menu->Programs with default values and without changing anything.
- Double click Shortcut Text to get the Properties.
- Click OK.
- Message "Cannot rename New Shortcut 1: A shortcut with the name you specified already exists. ...."
