Code signing process failed. Error Code: -1 (small picture attached)

Hi,

Out of the blue I suddenly got this errormessage on all my scripts,
I havent changed my installscripts but somthing has changed om my PC, the signcode.exe eksists, the pfx file exist.

tried to press debug but it did not give me any more information than I already have, what can be the cause to this?

If it happens "out of the blue", perhaps your certificate expired ;-)

Yes, certificate is valid. Then I assume you are really using a .PFX with
SignCode instead of SignTool, right ;-)

And your errors "GEN1061" (.spc and .pvk) are reported from the
pre-processor. Update the link to your .spc and .pvk files in your
"#code-sign application..." directives and if your certificate is valid, you
should be done.

I dont use spc and pvk? but pfx and signcode.exe to sign?
"How to" This was described by you a long time ago and I have not changed this :)

Your script is correct! But you changed the location for the code-signing
tool in the IDE!

If you are using a .PFX instead of a .SPC/.PVK, you have to change Tools |
Options... | File Locations Tab -> Digital Signature from SignCode.exe to
SignTool.exe and you are done ;-)

And another important information. .PFX does not use signcode.exe at all.
It uses SignTool.exe.

So if you are really using a .PFX, you have to use SignTool.exe (see
attached screenshot). Make sure you have access to SignTool.exe.
