Hi Friedrich,
I have another question: I use the "get System Information" function to
determine the MS-SQL version. SB tolds me it is "8.00.194" but MS-SQL
itself says it is "SQL Server 10.0.1600.22 - Standard Edition RTM".
A collegue asked MS-Support. This is the answer:
> I don't know what API the Install is using - would be interesting to
> know. And since you can have multiple instances of SQL Server, how
> can the API only return One version ??? You must connect to a
> specific instance to properly know the version
What do you say?
