Pinning an Application to the Win7 Taskbar

will SB7 be able to pin an application to the Win7 Taskbar?

According to this, "A small set of applications are pinned by default for
new installations. Other than these, only the user can pin further
applications; programmatic pinning by an application is not permitted."

it was just because Installaware does it. And they say:

"InstallAware 9 First to Support Windows 7"

(http://www.installaware.com/news-installaware-9.htm)

But this is not true! Friedrich was faster!
