error GEN1077 caused by Edit Registry

to create the desired registry value. What am I doing wrong?

You have:
u[V?&jn3+Az*D=r~%[*UDBENG32>?[fIJx-dH?_A@LrBrdab

Change it to:
u[V?&jn3+Az*D=r~%%[*UDBENG32>?[fIJx-dH?_A@LrBrdab

Please note the two percent signs (%%)
