Hi Friedrich
I'm using 5.6.1666 and when I carry out a static scan on an exe it lists all
the dlls the exe is using and the list for all the dlls are ticked but the
filenames are greyed out. So when I click add or copy to clipboard nothing
happens.
Am I doing something wrong to get the dll's added to the application folder?
Cheers
Richard
PS. Happy New Year!

Hi Richard,
Happy New Year! :)
Works fine here with SB56 and SB6. If the filename list is grayed out then
I think there was a "scanning error". We did not change anything in the
static scanning feature for more than 4 years.
What happens if you scan, say, sbuilder.exe?

Hi Friedrich
The static scan is working fine with Sbuilder.exe so I shall check this app
to see what the problem is.

Do you use Armadillo or something similar?
It can make such strange things happen!

Hi Edvard
No its just a simple clarion app, but its possible my system becuase its not
a typical setup I have here, however Friedrich has/will be adding a new
feature to help these problems in the future by letting us find out what dll
the scan has failed on so atleast we can investigate it.<g>

Done! It will be available in the soon coming SB6 service release.
Thanks,
Friedrich
