if an user is not connected to internet i get the an error:

Cannot download server manifest file.
Network Communication Error: 503010049

when wucheck.

Can i disable this error message?

If you run wucheck.exe with the silent switch, then the message box is not
displayed.

You can also remove the "Display Message Box" lines in the wucheck.sb6
source code and compile your own web update check client.
