View Full Version : "Run as Administrator"

Hi Friedrich,

It seems that under Win7 I may need to instruct users to run Build Automator
as administrators (it is manifested asInvoker) as it seems to have problems
executing certain programs and tasks on that OS. Is there a way to set the
shortcut to check the "Run as Administrator" or must that be done by the
user?

I've run into an issue with C6, which seems to require Run As Admin under
Win7. If I try to compile an app in C6 from BA I get some very weird
results<g> If I run BA as Admin there are no problems.

Any ideas?

Best regards,

See attached screenshot. The "Set App Compatibility Mode..." function is
the way to go ;-)

Does this help?
