Hot key

Just noticed that the hot key to open the compiler output is supposed to be
Ctrl+O (per the View menu)... but Ctrl+O actually engages File | Open

Ctrl-C is a standard windows keyboard combination for Copy. I think
it might be confusing to use for other purposes???
