How to stop Static scan to include files

how do I stop static scan from including the files as in the attached
image??

Add the file names to the userscan.ini (similar to what is in sbscan.ini).
Leave the "Filter" checkbox checked and these references will not be
imported. The files specified in sbscan.ini and userscan.ini will be
excluded from the list.
