Vista wants to reboot, XP does not

I did an install that works fine on XP. No need to reboot. When I run the
same install on Vista, at the end it says it needs to reboot to finish the
installation. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Changed from asInvoker to requireAdministrator and the Vista reboot request
went away.
