FTP upload without compiling

Hi,
SB7
Compile, SB asks to upload, Yes, upload error, then, to try again, how can I
upload without compile?
I´ve tried with the Build/Distribute to FTP server but I always get a
Compiler FTp Upload Error (Error Code #0)

I think the upload error "frees" some internal variables and so the upload
via "Distribute to FTP Server" without a recompile does not work. This
happens in both SB6 (all builds) and SB7.
