Network communications error 5060

Is there a central location to find these error codes and their meanings

Ben,

Most error codes are WinSock error codes. For example, 505010049 would be
WinSock error 10049.

But in your case, 5060 is an unspecified error. It was not possible to
connect to your server to download the file. This can be caused by a
firewall problem (client site), IIS problem (MIME type not available), etc.,
etc.

If you have IIS, it's definitely a MIME type problem.

New Installation and the .wub file was not uploaded...

I think Line 213 in wupdate.sb6 displays this message in your case.

I have added "Cannot download server manifest file." to line 213 now.
