Enable Clarion in SB ???

How to enable SB to create clarion template installs ??

My Environment is Win7 x64 and C7.0 only ...

I want to create an install for Templates for Clarion 6.3 and C7 .. but can
not see the options to install templates when selecting a .tpl file

Tools | Options... | Enable Clarion Support
