Since I have over 50 programs, code signing by program would get rather
expensive.
Once code signed, are updates covered?
thanks

You buy one certificate and sign as many programs with it as you like
Chris.
If you use the timestamp feature, then the signed installer remains signed
as long as it is around.
You do need to renew the certificate to sign again after it expires.
Also the updates (new installers and exe's) need to be signed as well.
I suggest the $200 three year certificate available from SetupBuilder so
you don't have to go through the hoops but every three years.
Does that help?
