Copy setup script

I have a script in SB 6.5
What is the best way to copy that script to create a new install? Should I
do a SAVE AS or is there a better way?

Basically I need to change 1 or 2 install files, change the desktop
shortcuts and the exe name that gets created

I use the COPY command at a prompt:

Copy myscript.sb6 mynewscript.sb6
