At one of my users sites the technician instead of sharing the folders over
the P2P network, he has elected to go into the folder setup and set as per
these instructions.
Process: On the prime PC - Open My Computer > C:\ > cwicweb (?) > exec -
Right click the 'data' folder and select Properties
Click the 'Security' tab and then the advanced button at the
bottom
Tick the box stating 'Replace permission entries on all child
objects with entries shown here that apply to all child objects' and click
'Apply' > 'Ok' > 'Ok'.
My question is, is it possible to set these with Setup Builder as the
clients usually do their own upgrades/installs. The data is located in this
folder as another ClarioNet app accesses the data over the internet using
the AppBroker. OS is XPPro rel3.
Thanks
Nev

Please see "Set Access Control..." script function in SetupBuilder Developer
Edition and "Windows SIDs and Tokens" section in the "Learning SetupBuilder
Part I" manual.
