In Files and Folders, double-clicking on a root folder node opens that
folder. Double-clicking on a child folder in that node closes the node, then
scrolls the tree window such that its last item in the tree is at the top of
the window. Also, an initial double click that does a new selection only
selectes the clicked node.

Maybe I'll just stop double-clicking in trees. :}

Mark,

I also (Dev. #1022) had some odd behavior in single clicking on the PLUS box
when opening a folder off the C: root drive. A couple times, single clicking
on the folder PLUS box would result in scrolling back to the C PLUS box.
However, I cannot produce that result with any consistency - it only
happened a couple times.
