Liveupdate - will it replace any user files?

Hi
I have done some work on the language files and just would like to make sure
that any live update does not overwrite these files. If it does, is the LNG
file all I need to back up?

Bjarne,

Yes, in this case the next web update will overwrite the your .lng file.
You only need to backup your .lng file.

If your new language file is an "improvement", you can send us the file (if
you are interested) and we'll add it to the next web update.
