Double "do you want to save"

Hi Friedrich,

Using: 7.2.2943

When I press the Test button and have changes in my script it prompts me to
save the changes with a Yes/Cancel dialog. After pressing Yes I get another
do you want to save dialog with Yes/No/Cancel.

Yes, very strange. I also noticed it this weekend. The same happens with
"Run" and "Debug".
