How can you define the icon to be shown in the Uninstall section of the
Control Panel?

In SetupBuilder, go to the General Tab of the Visualizer and it is under
the "Add/Remove Programs" section as "Icon Number".

Icons are zero based, so by default the program icon would be used, but you
can pick another resource as well.

Thanks Charles.

I'm installing several programs with the install and it is picking an icon
from one of the programs but it is not the icon I want.

I suppose I will have to install an icon file and then specify it?

From the docs:

snip>
Display Icon—Select the icon that is displayed for this product in the Add
or Remove Programs panel on systems running Windows 2000 or later. Enter
the path to the icon, or press Browse to navigate to the .ico or .exe file
that contains the icon resource.

Icon Number—Enter the resource index for the icon in the selected .EXE or
..DLL file. This is zero based, so the first icon is zero, the second icon
is one, etc.
</snip>

You should be able to pick the icon you want - or pick the exe that the one
you want is contained in. Then if the icon is not the first resource in
that file - you can enter the icon number (zero based) that you want to
use.

Charles
