Don't know what I've done now. Have I screwed up some string resource?

When my installer is installing files, it displays
[STR PROG_ACTION13] above the filename(s) and progress bar

Jane,

Did you use "Project|Update String Resources..." to update the string
resources?

Yes, I did. Got that all updated successfully, recompiled the project
again - the same problem exists.

Please unzip the attached language file into your \Language folder and
refresh again.

After I pressed button I got message:

Error: Cannot open file
OK

Pressed OK - got:


SetupBuilder Development Environment

String Resources updated successfully. Please save the script and recompile
your project.

OK

Problems remains.
