Latest SB7 - minor visual issue

Hi Friedrich,

After updating to the latest build this morning I notice that the area where
the "Task assistant" and "Script Editor" bars are when a project is open is
painted as a blank, colored, area before a project is opened. See attached
screenshot. I don't recall seeing this in the previous build(s)

It's been there since the UI was updated... where YOU been?!<g>

Actually it's also visible in SB6, but the color scheme made it less
pronounced. I haven't done any projects in SB7. I just converted my SB6
projects and do all the SB compiling from Build Automator so I haven't been
much into the SB7 IDE yet. Just never noticed it<g>
