SB7 Runtime Include Script Collection (#3062)

This is the first build of the "Runtime Include Script Collection" for
SetupBuilder 7 Developer Edition.

Supported Redistributables:

- .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (dotnetfx35.exe)

Instructions:

1. Launch rt_script.exe and install Runtime Include Script.
2. Download redistributable and save to the SetupBuilder \Runtimes folder.
3. Add Include Script to your main project (#include script... -> Open
Core Include Script).
4. Recompile your project.
