Windows 4.5 installer

Hi Friedrich,

I just tried to run a setup that I created with sb 7.3.3162 and it
failed with a message that it requires Windows Installer 4.5. The Core
requisites only go up to 3.0.

How do I include Windows Installer 4.5 in my setup?

Are you using a redistributable that requires Windows Installer 4.5?

BTW, you have to download Windows Installer 4.5 from the Microsoft web site
and include it in your setup.

Please note that there are different MSI 4.5 installer files for different
operating systems.

I can only assume that it was MS SQL 2008 Express that I was trying to
put on an XP system.
