Thread problem

FWIW -

I have been seeing message regarding some threading issues but did not
read them entirely as I was not having any issues.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, when I attempted to launch SB (7.3.3166) I
received the attached message. Clicking the OK did allow the IDE to open.

I have launched the IDE several times since and it did not report any error.

Thanks for the report. We have changed the code in the IDE for the next
maintenance build to give the thread again "more time".

In #3162, we received about 120 reports on the first day alone. In #3166,
there are only 3 reports. So it's some kind of a timing issue.
