As the year comes to an end, all of us at Lindersoft gratefully wish you a
joyous holiday season and send our wishes for a wonderful new year.

We want to take this time to thank each of you for making 2010 so memorable.
Although recent times have been challenging in the markets, 2010 is shaping
up to be the best year in our history, and we are genuinely excited about
the future.

With 2011 just around the corner, we have already begun to think about New
Year's resolutions and are sure you have begun to think the same. The
beginning of a new year is such an exciting time as it offers all of us a
fresh start to so many things.

With a focus on customer satisfaction and continual improvement, our
SetupBuilder user base continues to increase rapidly. More and more
developers switch to the SetupBuilder product line (powered by Clarion!).

Great plans are in the works for SetupBuilder and we welcome your feedback.
Many of our product improvements and new features come directly from
suggestions our customers make. We are looking to prioritize what features
SetupBuilder users are craving. Tell us about features you'd like to see
added to SetupBuilder, or let us know about the problems you face. You can
post your requests, comments, or ideas here or send an email to
support@lindersoft.com

Adding new functionality is a priority-driven processes. If we receive
multiple requests for the same feature then chances are that it might get a
higher development priority.

I appreciate your business in the past year and look forward to working with
you for a long time to come.

Friedrich and Lindersoft employees!

Lindersoft has set the mark high for what a company should be - and the
rest of us scramble to emulate as much as we can!

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a Great New Year to you and company as
well.

Vista first, and now Windows 7 - has certainly changed the developers world
in far more significant changes than what most were willing to admit
initially (and adjust to) and move forward -

The SetupBuilder line of tools, the subscription plan to keep us up to date
with the latest necessary tools - and the Lindersoft Code Signing order
process - not only proved we COULD make those changes with the least amount
of "pain", but at the same time - produce products that installed and run
well in the latest OSs.

Windows 7 IS the OS many of us dreamed about in the PC World for many years
- and SetupBuilder gives us the "Edge" to do well in today's and the near
future PC market!

We all look forward to the next series of adjustments as the market will
still have PCs in growing quantities, but we need to closely look at the
growing tablet market and even more importantly - the smart cell phone
market that will predominant in devices sold in the near future.

Seriously, thanks for building a wonderful tool. The power underneath it is
staggering, yet easy to harness and master. I installed a new program the other
day and they got instant black marks for using a tool based in Chicago <g>. They
still look a bit cheesy!

Keep setting the standard higher than anyone else, let them chase you! <vbg>
