%CURDIR% return c:\folder
if run from

return c:\

%CURDIR% holds the value that the GetCurrentDirectory() API returns at application startup. Whatever "current directory" might be at that point!

I would suggest to use the "Get System Info (Installer Path Name)" script function if you would like to retrieve the full pathname, excluding the file name, of the installation currently executing.
