Prevent user from deleting or moving folder

I set Set Access Control in help file... but no explanatino of various Permissions settings.

is it possible to let user read and write a folder but not let them delete or move the folder?

Except to uninstall that folder if they run the uninstaller....

File Security and Access Rights are a complex story (that would go beyond what can be handled in a User's Manual). Unfortunately, I don't know if it is possible to let users read and write a folder, but not let them delete or move the folder.
