Hi Lindersoft crew,

our current installation tool provider stopped supporting Windows 2000.

I was wondering if Setupbuilder supports Windows 2000? If yes, are there plans to drop support for W2k in the near future?

Please advice.

Hello,

Yes, SetupBuilder 7.3 supports Windows 2000. And no, there are no plans to discontinue support for "obsolete" operating systems.

SetupBuilder provides support for Server 2008 (R2), Windows 7, Vista, Server 2003, XP, Me, 2000, NT 4.0, 98, 95. Of course, 64-bit operating systems are supported.

You can create installations for both 32-bit and 64-bit applications (even as "hybrid" installer; that means, you can install 32-bit and 64-bit apps from the very same setup.exe).

Just let me know if you have any further question.

Friedrich
