Ready to Install Dialog Question

On the Ready to Install Dialog on the Current Settings list, the top line is
blank. Is it possible to have the information start on the first line? I
include additional information that would fit except for that blank line
pushing everything down. I don't want my users to have to scroll one more line
to read it all.

New "Current Settings List starts on the first line" option added (see
attached screenshot).
