Suggestion: Test local version when in testmode

It appears that when running an install with iDeploy in testmode, it stilll
checks the versions on internet for files. Since I usually won't upload if
I plan to test an install, the files that are on my computer are not the
ones the install expects and throw an error. If I uncheck the Enable Web
installation, it works fine

Unfortunately, an iDeploy enabled installer does not support "test mode"
execution.
