Adding a user account

Hello Friedrich,

I know this is on your list of things to do but how close is it to being
reality?

"User Account Management (Developer Edition). Support functions to create a
new user account, delete a user account, add a user to a group, remove group
membership from a user, add a privilege to the user account, remove a
privilege from an account, create a new user group, delete a user group, get
specific information for the given user-ID. "

This feature will be available in the next SetupBuilder version. We'll make
an SB8 announcement soon.
