Hi,

I am new to Setupbuilder 7 (coming from WISE). I want to replace the default
icon for the setup .exe. Is this possible in Developer Edition?

I must say, Setupbuilder really ROCKS!

Thanks,
Matt

No problem. Just use the SETUPICON #pragma (see attached screenshot) to
customize the actual installer icon. "Value" specifies the name of the icon
file (.ico) that is embedded into the program during compilation.

So Busy...So Little Time... <g>. I really don't know whether I am coming or
going.

But I'll see what I can do in the future. A new webinar is long overdue.

That particular "secret" has been revealed in the extremely esoteric
"Learning SetupBuilder Part I" file for quite some time ;-)

Freidrich,

Thanks to your company, we now have an installer that replaces the WISE
setup and it works like a charm. The SetupBuilder installer is faster and
smaller (800 files, 340 MBytes, 6 services) and it already installed on 1500
machines without any problems. Our customers are lawyers, so my boss is more
than happy that it works as expected.

Thanks again,
Matt

1,500 lawyers??? Ouch! <g>

I'm glad it's working fine! Thank you for the very good news.
