Problems creating EULA RTF file

I'm having problems adding my EULA RTF text. I modified the original with Microsoft Word and saved it as an RTF. But when I compile, I get an error message that says:

Text file line 0 length is > 1024 bytes: ...Please add a CR/LF.

So I added a blank line at the top of the EULA.RTF but still get this error. What am I doing wrong?

I've attached a very small RTF file that does not work for me.

Works fine here (see attached screenshot). I have compiled your original PMEULA3.RTF.

Please make sure you have SetupBuilder 6.5 Build 1953!

I do have the latest version... and I have figured out the problem: While I had saved the revised EULA, I still had a copy of it open in Word. The fix seems to be to close Word after saving. No more error messages.
