I want to create the setup .exe in the same folder that holds the project
..sb7. Is this possible?

Under 'Compiler Variables' set [OUTPUTDIR] to [SB_PROJECT]

Exactly what Lee said. Or you can set it directly in the "General
Properties" (but this will change the very same compiler variable value).
