All my setups are reporting the same message. Any quick fix? Could this
be related to my changing the
redirection file to place all CLW files in a subdirectory of the app?

Hi Chris,

What operating system are you on? Your SetupBuilder 4.0 version is nearly
10 years old and is not compatible with any UAC-aware operating system (nor
does it generate UAC-aware installations).

I think it's some kind of permission problem (it seems to me that the
compiler can't get write access to a specific folder).

BTW, only use this very old SetupBuilder version if you do not use any
UAC-aware operating system (Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, Server 7)
and if your customers only have Windows versions up to XP. Otherwise, the
created setup.exe files are definitely candidates for a support "time-bomb".

That must be it.
I just let MS update my original Win 7 and got 107 updates.
Originally setupbuilder worked on Win7 worked, now....
I have been sabotaged<g>
