Shortcuts - (Shortcuts Visualizer) screen shot - illustrates Start Menu
shortcuts and Desktop shortcut.

Yes, that creates the shortcut does not provide the "usual" dropdown menu,
with a sortcut for the app and a shortcut for the install.
It simply adds another entry.

If I understand your statement correctly, and referring to the SetupBuilder
Shortcuts screenshot - you need to do this:

Installation Details - highlight Shortcuts

Shortcuts - Start Menu - Programs -

At Programs level - right click - Add - Folder - Name the Folder your
program name (SetupBuilder 7 in screenshot) - this creates the dropdown
menu you allude to

then highlight Program Name (ie SetupBuilder 7 in screenshot) - right click
- Add - Shortcut

Place any number of shortcuts - Program EXE - Help, etc.

I have attached a demo for you. It creates the Shortcut to the uninstall
application.

That's it! I was not aware the "Folder" meant a dropdown menu!

You're welcome - of course, with the never ending array of features in
SetupBuilder - it's difficult to document everything in detail -

For instance - (hint - Friedrich) Shortcut Folder help topic probably needs
some updating (possibly a screen shot of the end result) -

I believe Friedrich stated in the past,

it was MS OS official policy at that time to use the Start -> Programs Menu
area for a company folder (to better organize the Start -> Programs area -
that may have officially changed, I don't know)

But, for the installs I have viewed on computers - companies generally use
the Shortcut Folder for a PRODUCT Name ie Start -> Programs -> SetupBuilder
7.
